Shipping Information

All paper patterns will ship within 2-3 business days via Canada Post. Once the package leaves our hands, it is then the responsibility of Canada Post. 

For some orders (depending on size and destination), there may be a “Flat Rate - No Tracking” option for shipping at checkout. Please note that this means there will be no tracking information available. We hold no responsibility for any delivery issues or lost packages with this shipping option.

All other shipping options will include a Canada Post tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the corresponding tracking number. 

If your package is delayed, please refer to the Canada Post tracking number for more information. 

Please note that once a package has been given to Canada Post, we do not take responsibility for lost items. That being said, we will do anything we can to help locate a lost package, including contacting Canada Post on your behalf.

International Shipping

We ship internationally! Please note that shipping costs will vary based on your location. 

The best way to find out how much shipping will cost is to enter your address information on the checkout page before purchasing. 

Please note that international shipments can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to arrive, depending on your address. When you choose this shipping option, it will give you an estimate for delivery time.

Once the order package arrives in your destination country, we cannot guarantee that tracking information will be available after that point.

Shipping hasn't been quite as predictable over the last few years for various reasons that we're all well aware of by this point. Please follow your tracking number for the most up to date information about your shipment and any delays that might occur.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless an incorrect item was shipped.

We do not assume responsibility for items once they have been shipped. Once it has been given to Canada Post, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items. We will do everything that we can to help locate your package, including opening a claim with the Canada Post when possible. 

If we send the incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange at no additional charge to the customer.

Please note: PDF and Paper patterns are NOT interchangeable. 

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact hello@theblanketstatement.ca and we will arrange an exchange or refund.

Please remember that depending where you are located, the time for your exchange may vary. 

Computer Stuff

PDF Pattern Downloads

All PDF pattern purchases are sent as digital downloads. You will receive the download link in an email, sent to the email address you provided during checkout. 

If you are having trouble finding your download email, please first check your spam folder. 

If you have already downloaded the PDF and are having trouble finding the file, please first check your Downloads folder or your ‘Files” app. 

We also strongly recommend that you use a computer to download the file, versus a cell phone, iPad or other device. 

If you are still having issues finding or downloading your pattern after trying these recommendations, please contact hello@theblanketstatement.ca and we will resend the file.
